The Toasty Podcast Ep 4 | US and Iran Relations
On this Toasty Podcast, we discuss the recent US attack on Iran. We also take a look at the US and Iran. Why can’t we be friends. Please Subscribe! What did our relationship look like 10 years ago? What about 40 years ago? Have we always been in a back-and-forth sort of argument and war? Country Relations are an interesting topic especially right now as we are heading into an election season for America. It seems the tides change with each president when it comes to US and Iran relations.
Define the Relationship
It’s always political and can even be labeled as “petty”, but one thing is certain. This has been going on for decades now and possibly won’t end any time soon. We are not the only country facing Iran on important topics. However, since America is the melting pot, we have adopted some of the Islamic culture. The people I’ve had brief conversations with disregard the politics and news surrounding their home countries. So is it strictly due to politicians and media that we, as Americans, get a bad rap among other countries? That may be a question answered later, but for now let’s stick to the US and Iran.
Define US and Iran Relations
I’ve never been there, so I can’t attest to some of the point(s) of views and articles about the subject. Although I read mostly normal articles just stating facts about the “attack” and if it was really an attack at all. I don’t think it’s necessary for us to say one way or the other. It seems the Government of each country will do that for us anyway. I don’t remember a time when there were no arguments or fights between different Government(s) or countries. Due to America being a large part of the world economy, it seems we just can’t stay out of it. Unfortunately, that would leave a large gap most likely.
